Contract Terms and Conditions: Artist selling digital art with myeventartist.com Marketplace
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Artist’s Name and myeventartist.com Marketplace (“myeventartist.com”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
- Scope of Agreement
Artist agrees to sell and myeventartist.com agrees to facilitate the sale of the Artist’s digital art through the myeventartist.com Marketplace. This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of such sale, including but not limited to the use of the myeventartist.com platform, payment, and intellectual property rights. - Artwork Submission and Approval
Artist shall submit digital art files to myeventartist.com for review and approval. myeventartist.com reserves the right to accept or reject any artwork submission at its sole discretion. Artist represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the submitted artwork and have the necessary rights and permissions to sell it. - Pricing and Commission

Terms of Sale
